I did the install from the internet, the content library was missing. I did some research online none of that worked. Decided to do a full uninstall on Revit and the Content Library, anything related to revit etc. Now when I go to reinstall Revit it shows that the Content Library is still installed. But every last trace of it is gone from my computer. I am really disappointed with revit on this one, I have wasted an entire day and I am exactly where I was in the beginning.
The support is terrible, there is no number to call. I had started a chat and they dropped me and then the service was unavailable. I am on a tight deadline and there is no help to be had. You can download the library from following links.
Note that it only includes metric library. I have tried it and it is complete. This version of the Revit installer includes the US imperial and US metric content files, which eliminates the need to download these files during the installation. I have Uninstalled gone through the instructions for the complete unistall. Revit isn't even on my machine or any autodesm product but yet when I go to install revit it still thinks the content library is Installed. Message 4 of 6. Be grateful for the good and the bad.
